Paid plans open soon; until then nobody pays for Starlog. This page says how cancelling and refunds work once they do.
Cancelling
You can cancel a paid plan in the app at any time, as easily as you started it. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then your account continues on Free with everything you made kept. Nothing renews after you cancel.
Your 14-day right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you live in the EU and buy as a consumer, you can withdraw from a paid plan within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason, using the withdrawal button in the app or by writing to admin@starlog.pro. Because the plan starts at once when you ask for it, we refund what you paid minus the share for the days you used it. You get the refund within 14 days of withdrawing, to the payment method you used.
The free trial costs nothing and needs no withdrawal: at its end your account continues on Free unless you chose a plan.
Danish subscriptions
If you live in Denmark, you can end a subscription with a month's notice to the end of a month once it has run for 5 months, and we refund what you paid in advance for the time after it ends. This does not apply to a yearly plan of DKK 2,000 or less paid in advance.
Hour packs
An hour pack can be withdrawn within 14 days while it is unused; once you have used some of its hours, we refund the unused share on request.
Other refunds
If something went wrong on our side, write to admin@starlog.pro and we will make it right.
Payments are handled by our payment partner, who is the seller of record for paid plans; its buyer terms may give you more than this page, never less.
