When paid plans open, an hour pack adds 10 hours and 30 questions for €12, on any plan, valid for 12 months.

Before you choose
What counts as an hour?
An hour of audio recorded on a phone. When several phones record the same meeting, each phone counts against its own person's hours, so inviting others to record costs you nothing.
What happens when I run out of hours?
A recording never stops. The meeting waits for transcription until your hours renew, or until you add hours or choose a bigger plan. Its audio is kept for 30 days, and we email you a week before it goes.
Is my audio used to train AI?
Never anyone else's: we have opted out of training with every provider we use. Recordings in your own private space help improve Starlog's own transcription while Help improve Starlog is on (it is, unless you turn it off in Settings); company and team meetings are never used. See privacy.
Which languages work?
Starlog is tested on Danish and English meetings and detects the language by itself. More languages are on the way.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. When paid plans open, cancelling happens in the app and is as easy as signing up. EU consumers can also withdraw within 14 days of buying. See refunds and cancelling.
Monthly or yearly?
The same plans either way. Yearly costs the price of about ten months.
