Meeting minutes, written for you.
Record the meeting on the phone you carry, or the call on your computer. Starlog writes the minutes in the form the meeting needs, a board meeting, a one-to-one, a customer meeting or an interview, in the language you spoke.
From the meeting to the minutes.
Record
Press record on your phone in the room, or record the call on your computer. Everyone else in the room can add their phone with a code, so every voice is heard.
Who said what
Starlog writes the transcript with the names of the people present, then the summary, the decisions and the tasks with their owners.
The minutes
Open the meeting and the minutes are written in the form the meeting needs, written to keep every name, number and date as said. Copy them with one button.
No template to pick.
Starlog reads what kind of meeting it was from the meeting itself. If it read it wrong, choose another kind and the minutes are written again.
Board meeting
Date, who was present, each agenda item with what was discussed and what was resolved, the resolutions listed once more, actions with owner and date, and the next meeting.
One-to-one
Topics, what was agreed and the follow-ups, with no judgement of either person.
Customer meeting
Who took part from which company, what the customer asked for, what was promised, open points and next steps.
Interview
The role, the candidate's background as presented, what was discussed and the next step, with no assessment of the candidate.
Team meeting
Per topic what was said and decided, and the actions.
Any other meeting
Topics, decisions, actions and next steps.
Written to be relied on.
The names people checked
The minutes use the names of the people present and the decisions and tasks as people confirmed them in the meeting's notes. Never "Speaker 1".
Where it was unclear
When the recording is unclear, the minutes say what was said as far as it was clear, and nothing more.

Before you choose
Can I use it for meetings in a room, not only calls?
Yes, that is what Starlog is built for: a phone on the table, and every other phone in the room can join. See AI notes for in-person meetings. On a computer it also records calls, with no bot joining.
Which languages?
The minutes are written in the language the people spoke. Starlog transcribes 25 European languages on Basic and Plus, and more than 90 on Pro and Team.
Can I choose the form of the minutes?
Starlog picks it from the meeting. If it read the meeting wrong, choose another kind from the list on the minutes and they are written again in that form.
Are minutes made for secure meetings?
No. A secure meeting is encrypted with keys only the people in it hold, so no AI feature reads it afterwards, minutes included.
Does Starlog record with the screen off?
Not yet on every phone. On Android, the web app keeps recording through calls and app switches, and its Black screen button keeps it recording while the screen looks off. Apps for iPhone and Android that record with the screen off are on the way.
Is my audio used to train AI?
Never anyone else's. Recordings in your own private space help improve Starlog's own transcription unless you turn it off in Settings; company and team meetings are never used. See privacy.
