Google Calendar
Connect your calendar under Settings, Connections, Google Calendar. Then your next meeting shows on Today with one tap to record it, the people invited already filled in, and each meeting you record gets its name and the people invited from the calendar event it overlaps. Starlog reads your own calendars' events only in the time window of a recording, and keeps nothing else from the calendar.
Link in the calendar event is off until you turn it on. On, Starlog asks Google for the right to change events and, once a meeting recorded from the calendar is ready, adds one line with the meeting's link to that event. Nobody invited is notified.
Google Drive: files you choose
A company can read documents from Drive. Under Companies, open the company, then Drive, and Choose files: Google's own picker opens, you tick the files (Docs, Sheets, Slides, PDFs and text files), and only those are shared with Starlog. Starlog copies them into the company's documents, for everyone in the company, and copies them again when they change. It never sees the rest of your Drive, never a folder, and never changes a file.
Export to Google Docs
On the trial and the paid plans a company can export every meeting as a Google Doc: summary and transcript, as soon as the meeting is ready, into a folder named Starlog - the company's name in your Drive. Starlog makes that folder and writes only there; move or share it as you like. Secure meetings are never exported unless unlocked for export.
Disconnecting
Settings, Google, Disconnect ends Starlog's access with Google at once. Files already copied into a company stay there; the calendar is forgotten.
What Google sees of this
Starlog asks Google for the least it can: your email address to know which account is connected, the list of your calendars and their events (read only), the right to change events only if you turn the link on, and access to the Drive files you pick, nothing wider. The full list is on the privacy policy.
